TCS Connect was built to support a more structured way of managing doctor profiles, communications, and operational information. The product needed to feel dependable, readable, and task-focused rather than decorative.

Role

Product build and implementation.

The work combined clinical domain understanding, interface structure, PHP and web application implementation, and release iteration.

Design response

  • Prioritized task clarity over decorative interface patterns.
  • Grouped profile and communication workflows around operational use cases.
  • Used a restrained visual system suitable for healthcare administration.
  • Iterated from earlier platform versions into a stronger V3 release.

Outcome

A more coherent operational platform for doctor-facing communication.
