Problem: Fragmented communication and profile workflows across a large clinical workforce.
Outcome: A clearer operational platform for profile management, announcements, and doctor-facing communication.

Role: Earlier product iteration
Problem: A first operational version needed to be hardened and simplified for broader production use.
Outcome: The lessons from V2 shaped the more robust V3 release.
